The Cowicil Member may request the clity clerk distribute materials <br />to, others. The communication should not invitic res onse to or d* 0 <br />P iscussion between any <br />Council Members, including replies to the picrson making the d1stribution request. This <br />9 <br />should be coinsidered a method for providing one-,w,ay 'information to other members of the <br />cound.l.
