Commissioner Boerigter, speaking in opposition to the motion, opined that <br />this was not an appropriate location for this type of use, or for this type of <br />use in Twin Lakes; and that a parking garage didn't fit with the <br />community's vision for the Twin Lakes area. <br />LMM <br />Nays: I (Boer gter) <br />Motion carried. <br />Chair Bakeman noted that this case was scheduled to be heard by the City <br />Council at their October 13,, 2008 meeting. <br />
