Pulst reiterated that the Twin Lakes Master Plan wound not disappear if it wasn't incorporated into the updated Comp Plan. lh�lan expressed her position that the sulper majority vote is needed for the Twin Lakes Master Plan. Therefore,, the Twin Lakes Master Plan document is not retained as part of the updated Comp Plan. Grefen�berg then made a motion to apply Roe's revised master plans policy to existing master plans. The City Council wound be charged with reviewing each existing master plan and determining if and how to address the each master plan in the Comp Plan. Some SC members feel that the H�ar Mar Mall and the Target store sh�oulld be designated as Regional Business rather than Community Business.
