Motion failed. Therefore,, the Twin Lakes Master Plan document is not retained as <br />part of the updated Comp Plan. <br />Grefen�berg then made a motion to apply Roe's revised master plans policy to existing master plans. <br />The City Council wound be charged with reviewing each existing master plan and determining if and <br />how to address the each master plan in the Comp Plan. <br />Bakem�an reminded the groulp that this meant that sulbsequlen�t incorporation of an existing master plan <br />into the Comp Plan wound requlire a sulper majority vote. <br />� LITA K161110 1111,67111 <br />DeBen�edet clarified that the definition of master plans stands. <br />Grefen�berg's motion was punt to a vote. <br />Vote: I I yes,, 2 no. SC approved the application of the master plans policy to <br />existing master plans as well as future master plans. <br />Question: Should the definition of the Community Business land use cateaory contain a <br />specific building sioze limitation? <br />It was clarified that there are actulally three (3,) concerns relating to this topic: <br />1. Some SC members prefer to keep specific bulildin�g squlare footage numbers oust of the <br />definition. <br />2. Some SC members view Target stores as being a Community Business rather than a <br />Regional Business. <br />3,. Some SC members feel that the H�ar Mar Mall and the Target store sh�oulld be designated as <br />Regional Business rather than Community Business. <br />
