Conduct field surveys at proposed exc�ava,tion sites. Up to 1.2 hours survey crew <br />time for surveying at the excavation sites is included. Additional survey time <br />required shall be Additional Services. <br />5. Advise the OWNER as to the necessity of the OWNER providing or obtaining <br />data or services from others, and act as the OWNER's representative in <br />connection with any such services., <br />6. Prepare for incorporation into the Contract Documents final plans and <br />specifications setting forth in detail the requirements for the construction of the <br />Project. <br />7. Assist the OWNER in connection with their responsibility for filing doicurnents <br />required for the approval of governmental authorities having Jurisdiction over, the <br />Project. <br />8" Prepare and furnish an opinion of probable consitructioln costs biased on the plans <br />and specifications. <br />9. The Project will be bid and constructed under two prime construction contracts. <br />Prepare for review and approval by the OWNER, their legal counsel and other <br />advisors contract agreement forms,, general conditions,, supplementary conditions, <br />bid forms invi 1 ns to bid and instructions, to bidders', and assist in the <br />taflo <br />preparation of other related documents for each construction package., <br />10. Identify for the OWNER, their legal counsel and other advisors the necessary <br />easements and right-of-way to construction the Project, based upon property, <br />easement, and right-of-way surveys provided by the OWNER. <br />11. Furnish five sets of the documents specified in SECTION ILA.91 to the OWNER. <br />Conduct a final review meeting with the OWNER and make minor, revisions and <br />adjustments. <br />B. BIDDING PHASE <br />1. Coordinate the bidding dates to occur on the same day for each of the lining <br />projects from the various cities. <br />2. Reproduce final bidding documents and related contract forms, for bidding and <br />construction purposes. <br />3. Prepare an advertisement for bids to be submitted by the OWNER for publication. <br />4. Assist the OWNER in obtaining bids for two prime construction contracts., <br />
