The buffer area adjacent the apartment site will include coniferous 14 trees that will assist in screening these units. 15 16 6.23 § 1006.051 (Lighting) states.- The height of light poles and fixtures shall comply with 17 subsection 1010. 12' of this title, and shall not exceed a height of twelve feet (12, � if 18 located closer thanfiflyfeet (50� to a residential property line, nor a height of twenty 19 five feet (2,5 � if located between fiflyfeet (50 ) and one hundred feet (100) of a 20 residential property line. The light shall be no more than 0.5foot candles at the property 21 line. (See Chapter 1011 for light requirements) Light poles orfixtures may be a 22 maximum of forty feet (4 0) tall if located greater than one hundred feet (100) from a 23 residential property line and if completely screened (light source and light source glare) 24 by building, bier , or landscape material with a minimum opacity of ninety percent 25 (90%) to eye level view of living spaces in homes within three hundred feet (300) of light 26 source. All lights not reasonably required for security or business operations must be 27 turned off M. between the hours often o'clock (10:00) P. and sunrise, or operated by 28 motion detectors so that they only turn on when there is activity nearby and turn off 29 shortly thereafter. 30 31 The plans submitted by Round 's does not include a photometric plan. However, 32 staff will work with the applicant on a site lighting plan that meets this requirement 33 and include it in the final plan. 34 35 6.24 § 1006.05J (Other Requirements) states.- 36 37 1. Certain Businesses In Shopping Center Districts To Be Enclosed: All business, 38 storage, service, repair orprocessing, recycling, box and crate storage or 39 merchandise display shall be conducted wholly within an enclosed building or 4O behind a solid fence not less than six feet (6) high except as allowed in subsection 41 1005.
