Ms. Shea oplin�eld <br />t'h�at, short ,-t�elrm loans would clause a hardship for a majority of <br />their owners; and if the l piroplelrt,y continued to delt�elriorat�el it would <br />create l more l costly relplelrcussion�s for the l City and associat�ion in <br />the l future. Ms. Shea assured Councilmembers t�h�at, thel <br />Associat�ion Board was im�pil�elm�elnt�in�g financial pil�an�s to ensurel <br />that l this didn't haplplen in the l future; and noted that l the l City can <br />add add itiona! crit�elria ablovel State l Statute in m�akin�g con�dit,ion�s <br />on the l l�oan .
