174 9.0 SITE REQUIREMENTS <br />175 SPECIFIC PUD STANDARDS and CONDITIONS of APPROVAL: <br />176 9.1 Uses — Permitted: The permitted use of the subject property shall be those uses that are <br />177 generally permitted and/or conditional by the underlying B -6 (Mixed Use Business) <br />178 zoning district, subject to the following qualifications: <br />179 <br />180 A. A 4 -story hotel and enclosed pool of approximately 95,000 sq. ft. are hereby <br />181 approved by the terms of this AGREEMENT. This redevelopment shall <br />182 generally be restricted to the dimensions and location /type of improvements <br />183 specified in the site development plan, grading plan, utility plan, landscape plan, <br />184 building floor plan, and building elevations (Exhibits C through I), and <br />185 supporting documents submitted by the DEVELOPER.
