The expected benefits include the rehabilitation of the residential <br />complex into 73 1- bedroom and 30 2- bedroorn units for a total of 103 <br />affordable rental units with a projected increase of $12,438 in net tax capacity <br />and $4M of private investment. <br />The TBRA reeommendatton. is $121,500, to fully fund the eligible costs <br />requested. Funds are to be used for asbestos and lead -based paint abatement. <br />(Note, abatement of other hazardous materials is not eligible for grant <br />funding.) <br />
