Rls�kspvlffi� <br />REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />Department Approval <br />s� <br />Item Description: Resolution Confirming 2007 HRA Appointments <br />1.0 BACKGROUND <br />Date: 6/09/08 <br />Item: 7.k <br />City Manager Approval <br />On August 27, 2007, the Roseville City Council appointed Bill Maj erns and Dean Maschka to the <br />Roseville HRA With terms expiring on September 23, 2012. The Minnesota Department of <br />Employment and Economic Development (DEED) requires that a resolution approving the <br />appointments be passed by the City Council. It appears there Was not a resolution prepared or adopted <br />as part of the August 2007 action. Mr. Maj erns and Mr. Maschka Were appointed by motion.
