Harty Mechanical and the City of Roseville <br />shall review entrances needed to he blocked or locked. This will not impact construction <br />costs or the construction schedule. <br />Risk #12 Proposed GHX well field schedule not feasible. <br />Plan to Minimize Drill well field in two different phases. City of Roseville is willing to accommodate <br />drilling in two phases, with the new accommodations this will not impact con struction- <br />pn ee or the construction schedule. <br />Risk #13 The sand will be frozen for a period of time after system shutdown; this will impact the <br />demolition time of rink floor. <br />Plan to Minimize Run existing under ice heat one month before shutdown to remove all frozen material <br />under existing insulation. If this does not work the following shall take place. <br />1) Rent frost removal equipment to remove frost. The cost of this equipment would be <br />$3,000 per day. This would delay the project two days for every inch that would need to <br />be thawed. This cost would be the responsibility of the City of Roseville. <br />Risk #14 The condition of existing fill us unknown, may be contaminated. <br />Plan to Minimize This is a risk that is not controlled. The following will take place to minimize risk: <br />1 ) The City of Roseville shall test fill as soon as ice is out. <br />2) Identify quantity of fill that is contaminated <br />3) If test results show contaminated fill is contained in excavated material, the cast will <br />be determined based on percentage of contamination.. There will be no impact on th e <br />construction schedule. Costs will be the responsibility of the City of Roseville, <br />4) If test results show that contaminated fill is below the excavated rn ateri al, the cast and <br />project delays will be detennined based on contamination levels. Costs will be the <br />responsibility of the City of Roseville. <br />Risk #15 Schedule length has 2 days for weather delays for sand removal and reinstallation. <br />Plan to Minimize This is a risk that is not controlled. Update schedule weekly to keep current on weather <br />delays. The current sand installation schedule is very compact. weather delays in excess <br />of the two days included in the schedule may affect construction. costs and project <br />schedule. The associated costs and project delays will be d ettm- i ned based on weather <br />conditions. Costs will be the responsibility of the City of Roseville. <br />Risk #16 Banquet room completion time of 10 calendar days is not sufficient for work proposed. <br />Plan to Minimize City of Roseville will allow Marty Mechanical to install piping during the specified time <br />and install units at a later date. with the new accommodations this will not impact <br />construction costs or construction schedule. Deed to schedule four months in advance. <br />
