Main concern is that all these pieces are in good operating condition for <br />reuse. <br />Plan to Minimize 1) Electrical contractor shall talk care of and store equi pin ent for reuse indoors at a <br />location specified by Harter Mechanical and the City of Roseville. <br />2) Electrical contractor shall confirm proper operation before removal so equipment <br />malfunctions can be addressed well before the end of the project, <br />3 Electrical contractor shall notify Harty Mechanical if a fixture/equipment cannot be <br />removed without being d.arnaged. <br />A. Obtain quote from electrical contractor to replace fixture or equipment. <br />B. The change order would be the responsibility of the City of Roseville. <br />C. This -will, not impact the construction schedule. <br />4) If a fixture is damaged during construction and damage is the result of contractor error. <br />A. Contractor that damaged the fixture shall replace fixture/equipment. <br />B. This will not affect costs or construction schedule: <br />Disk #4 Submittal review and approval in a timely manner. <br />Plan to Minimize Expedite submittal drawings, includes all contractors, engineer and owner. Need to <br />schedule a submittal meeting to expedite process. Note no overtime and /or shift time was included in our proposal. <br />Plan to Minimize 1) we will plan ahead and provide an estimated time of ` outage to complete work so <br />owner may find best time for outage. <br />2) We will. prepare equipment so multiple items may be completed under one outage so <br />the number of required outages will be reduced. <br />3) We can complete outage work at non - standard hours if desired. If owner <br />wishes and approves after-ho-urs outages Larson Electric can complete that work from <br />5:00prn — 5:0 am Monday thru Friday and on weekends for an additional cost of <br />$2,000.00. <br />4) Electrical contractor shall verify if there will be any power outages of other areas not <br />
