There was almost unanimous approval from the <br />residents about the desire to have the building. However, the traffic <br />issue (that should be resolved by the city) caused a split decision on <br />the approval for the variance to move forward with the project. It is <br />our belief that the builder is grilling to work with the neighborhood to <br />address all but the traffic concern. We would like to see this <br />structure as proposed rather than some less desirable options that do <br />not require any sort of variance. Oh, and we would like the city to fix <br />the traffic issue in the neighborhood. <br />Thank you for your consideration.
