Real Property Rezoned. Pursuant to Section 1015 (Zoning Amendments) of <br />the City Code of the City of Roseville, and after the City Council consideration of Planning File <br />08-0 17, the following property, located at 619-637 Larpenteur Avenue and legally described as: <br />ASYLUM OUT LOTS SUBJ To ESMTS & RDS; <br />S 185 FT of PART W of WW RIW of BLK 1 <br />PIN: 14- 29 -23 -44 -0045 <br />is hereby rezoned from Retail Business District (B -2) to General Business District (B -3). <br />Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance amendment to the City Code and Zoning <br />Map shall take effect upon: <br />1.
