Presentation of Recycling Study As previously noted, City Council consensus was to delay presentation of this item until further information and final results have been compiled. 7. Super Target 7.a Consider Public Improvements Contract Public Works Director Duane Schwartz and City Engineer Deb Bloom reviewed the background of the Roseville Business Park Final Plat and request for approval of the Subdivision and Public Improvement Contract (PF #3591). Ms. Bloom provided several aerial and schematic maps outlining and highlighting events taking place with the demolition and reconstruction of the Target facility. Ms. Bloom reviewed various components of the project, including reorientation of the various buildings and accesses; street reconstruction scenarios; pedestrian safety improvements including signal modifications, turn lane reconfigurations and phasing; and additional capacities for traffic flow.
