Potential cooperative agreement with Falcon Heights <br />and/ or Arden Hills <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka spoke to the need to address the <br />James Addition access issue, and the value of expanding the <br />IT business model to engineering services. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough said that pathway construction was a <br />low priority for him because money was tight and mainte- <br />nance of pathways is expensive. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schroeder suggested that the Parks and Rec- <br />reation Commission and/ or the Public Works, Environment, <br />and Transportation Commission should re-evaluate the whole <br />pathway plan and consider maintenance issues when they do. <br /> <br />Councilmember Schroeder also commented on the importance <br />of the Infiltration and Inflow issue, and the value of adding a <br />third lane to Highway 36 from approximately Fairview to Lex- <br />ington. <br /> <br />5 <br />
