Mr. Solen noted that development of parklands
to maximize their opportunities was available through wise
development and thoughtful planning; and encouraged the
Councilmembers to do the citizens a wonderful service by
maintaining a meaningful, sensible use of the natural area.

Steve Burwell, 2482 N Albert
Mr. Burwell sought Council comment on how they would
address the lack of available liquor licenses if Costco were to
locate in Roseville, given their status in the retail off-sale liquor
area.

Terry Moses
Mr. Moses addressed his perception of mischaracterizations of
active truck terminals in the area; impervious surfaces; and other
negative impacts if the development is approved.
