Fill the gaps in the city's housing portfolio by providing Goal 2: To promote Roseville as a safe community with a <br /> housing for all stages of the life cycle such as the needs for positive quality of life and a sense of community the HRA's <br /> entry level housing and more affordable senior housing. goals are: <br /> Specifically, assist in the provision of entry level family <br /> housing to regenerate the community, schools and our 2.1 Provide information regarding the importance of quality and <br /> neighborhoods diverse housing opportunities and close-knit neighborhoods to <br /> foster a sense of community. <br /> 2.2 Increase awareness of the Housing & Redevelopment Authority <br /> to all levels ofthe community both intemally and extemally. <br /> 2.3 Increase awareness of housing programs and the services of the <br /> Housing Resource Center that are available to Roseville residents <br /> and property owners. <br /> 2.4 Partner with police, fire, neighboring cities, school districts, <br /> non-profits and consumers to foster a better overall quality of life in <br /> the region. <br /> 2.6 Promote that Roseville has quality and safe police, fire and <br /> ambulance services. <br /> 2.7 Ensure that residents have appropriate links to services <br /> throughout the community. <br />4. Meet the Metropolitan Livable Communities Act <br /> benchmarks, and city indexes (subject to market conditions <br /> and resource availability) as outlined in Roseville's action <br /> plan for the period from 1996 to 2010. <br /> <br />2 <br />
