Should the city desire to <br />hav� a sidewalic piaced on the northern portion the entire cost:wauld bE r�quirEd <br />to be born by the ci ty. <br />T�e plans generally appear ta be the best state can cio under the constrair�t of <br />havi r�g to use state r�ai ntenance funds and stay w� fihi n the exi sti ng ri ght-o�-way. <br />Some of the minar problems, such a5 the striped median ai the exit of Maple <br />Lane have been discussed wi.th the state`s traffic staff, and they would agree <br />�o changing this so that the probiem would r�a longer exist.
