` Attachment B <br />ug= V <br />Neighborhood Enhancement Program <br />2011 Year End Report <br />Background: <br />• Program began in 2008 and is funded by Roseville's Housing and Redevelopment Authority. <br />Goals of the Program: <br />• Greater public awareness and compliance with city codes and ordinances through education, cooperation <br />and enforcement. <br />• Enhanced property values and livability of neighborhoods. <br />• Minimize negative effects of rental properties upon surrounding neighborhoods. <br />• Maintenance of the city's tax base. <br />• In the first three -year cycle of the program, the City visited over 9,000 properties.
