Since th� cantractor constructed a�proxiarate7y GO feet of 350 fe�t af <br />avaterinain on his oY�rn at this higner elevatzan, it t�ras felt tl�at the contractor should <br />assume a portion�, of if�e exoense. �eyond this point, the city's t�chnician b�came <br />i nvol vecf and pro�i ded the i ncorrect i nfarr�ati an. D15CUSS10Ci5 res ul ted and i t t�ra5 <br />agreed tha� the contraccor shou7d pay $27Q.06 of tnis ainount l�aving $1 ,�OO.QO to be <br />covered t��rougn a Change Order. <br />Such occurrences are,of course, very regretting and unfortunate, but they do sar�e- <br />ti mes ha�pen.
