Have systems Plane s ) <br /> <br />Mr. Brokke noted the value of the collaborative efforts and <br />sponsorships of private businesses, City staff, and over 700 <br />regular community volunteers. <br /> <br />Mr. Brokke advised that the systems were continually <br />updated and re-evaluated as part of the City's <br />Comprehensive Plan, with a priority ranking for pathways. <br /> <br />Weaknesses <br /> <br />1. No solid Community Center/gathering place/teen <br /> cen ter/hangou t/ acti vi ties/arts <br />2. Appropriate funds for projects/operations to meet the <br /> need/demand (i.e., boardwalk repair, play equipment, <br /> par updating) <br />3. Understaffed to maintain scope of facilities and <br /> programs <br />4. Ongoing communication with park neighborhoods <br /> (i.e., Need more "Discover Your Parks" programs) <br />5.
