The six projects are as follaws: 1) SS-W-P-74-12, Burke Avenue, utilities and paving. 2) SS-W-P-74-�.5 and SS-W-P-74-16, �arrington Street and �lillwood Avenue, �ti1ities and paving. 3) 5S-W-P-74-17, Sherren Street, t�iancy P�ace and �Jest Sandhurst Avenue, utilities an� paving. 4) SS-W-P-74-27, rRerrill Street, Huron Street and Dell_wood Avenue, uti 1� ti es and pavi r�g. 5) UL-74-22, Ei�inel Dr�ve, strEet �ights. 5} ST--74�14, F�innesota Avenue, eas� af �lestern Aven�e, storm sewer cons�ruction. After receiving each of ihese petitions, �h� Council direct�d the �ublic tJorks staff to prepare feasibil�ty studies analyzing each of the various projects. ihese 'F�asibiZzty studies have now been completed and are s�sbmitted far �he review of tne Couneil. It is recamm�nded that these fasibility studies be officialiy received, a public hearing set for February 10, 1975 a�d ti�at the final plans and specifications ord�red. This arauld be the case i`or alI projects, except the Farrington Street and Mil�ti,rood �venue improver�en�s that does not re- quire a p�blic �ear�ng, due to the fact ihat they were 100�6 petit�oned for by the property awrrers and as such, the construction for the�;� eould be ordered. I� appears that it wi�l be necessary to aci on eac1� of the other projects indivi- dua7iy, rather than voting an them as a group. Recommended Action: (1) Approve a resolut�on formally receiving t�e feasibiiity report and provzding -For pUblic nearing on impravement SS-�J-P-74-12 far the w�ek o� February 1975, and vrderzr�g preparation of fina7 plans and specifications. {2} Approve a resolution formally rece#ving the feas�bility report and provi di ng fQr p�abl i c heari ng on improvement 55-1d-P-74-17 far the weelc of February 1975, and ordering preparatian af tinal plans and specifications.
