REVIEWED/RECOMMENDS: <br />�—�� Peti ti on for Improving Rugg2es Street from i-luron to Merri 1 ��G� <br />The property owners south of the existing dead end of Nuron, dellwood <br />and M�rrill S�reets, south af Roseiawn Avenue, have signed a petition <br />requesting a feasibility study requesting extension of these raadways <br />and the construction of Rugg7es Stree� from NUron Avenue to Merrill <br />S�reet. The petition has been signed by approximatel,y 79� of the <br />frontage owners and they request the cans�ruction of sfireets, water- <br />mains, sanitary sewers, storm sewers and ather associaied work. <br />Recommended Action: Officially receive the petiiion for the <br />improvement of Ruggles Street, Merrii� <br />Street, Dellwood and Huran Avenues, iden- <br />tified as Project SS-W-ST-A-74-27 and <br />authorize the staff to prepare a feasibility <br />study on this project. <br />� <br />
