REVfEWEDJRECOr�91vIE�DS: <br />�—�Q State Agreement at 35tiV Sound Barrier Area ��- � <br />On Ju1y 29, ]974, IZoseville executed a quit-claim deed to the Minnesota Eiighway <br />Department for our interest adjacent to the 35jd sound attenuation project. As <br />part of that agxeemen� we were ta receive $3600.00 as consideration for our <br />interests for the utilities involved. <br />The State has now conta�ted us indicating that they neglected to include two <br />othex parcels where we have utilities in conjunctinn with the improvements, namely, <br />between St. Croix and St. Stephans, just south of T.H.36. They are now requesting <br />that the quit-claim deed be re-executed with aIl 6 parcels named, rather than the <br />original 4. <br />Recommended Action: Approval of quit-cl.aim deed to State for City <br />interests associated with the 35W noise abate- <br />ment project between Eustis 5treet and St. Stephans <br />carrying identification No. 57698hi ior ihe project <br />in association with State Project 628�3-79 (Ti�i 354V) . <br />1 <br />
