City of Roseville, MN <br />Short Elliott Hendrickson Inc. <br />CSWMP Confirmation of Scope <br />March 5, 2012 <br /> <br /> <br />1.Public Process Allowance. <br />a.The current scope of work as requested in the RFP includes preparation for and <br />attendance at the three PWETC Meetings. The first meeting is scheduled for April 24. <br />Our scope includes up to two SEH staff attending each of these meetings along with <br />preparation time for meeting agendas, graphics used to capture i <br />and documents use to present and discuss standards and the water <br />change (for example), and preparation minutes or meeting summari <br />scope also includes time for our public relations specialist to <br />develop a more broad-based public input process. <br />b.The additional scope, for which we recommended a $3,000 allowance, was to <br />implement that broader public input process. Depending on the de broader <br />public input process, the following general tasks may be request <br />i.Attend a regularly scheduled Lake Association $500 per meeting <br />Meeting, or other local group meetings (assume 4 additional) <br />ii.Develop a web presence on the City website $1,000 <br /> <br />2.Grass Lake Dissolution: <br />th <br />a.As we discussed on March 5 <br />, if the plan for the area currently under the jurisdiction of <br />GLWMO moves through the process smoothly and ultimately becomes - <br />Washington-Metro WD (RWMWD) at or about the time the plan is being complete <br />then additional effort will not be needed. We will include RWMWD in the early <br />meetings and move ahead with the assumption that RWMWD will be t <br />entity for that portion of the City. <br />b.If there is some additional work required as part of the dissolution and transfer process, <br />this work will need to be added to the scope. Additional review and approval process <br />would change the plan contents, add additional review steps, and <br />time. <br /> <br />3.Plan Review / QA Process. <br />a.Our plan is to compile a complete report for City staff review, <br />sections separately.
