Mindy Greiling's <br />attendance, thanked the legislative delegation publicly <br />for their additional input and work with the City on <br />the OVAL project. <br /> <br />Councilmember Pust sought staff's process for <br />involving other organizations and agencies in seeking <br />support of their legislative representatives. <br /> <br />Mr. Brokke noted that staff utilized an e-mail tree, <br />along with other venues, for keeping communication <br />flowing among various entities. <br /> <br />Councilmember Pust encouraged affirmatively <br />managing communication from a grass roots level to <br />keep the project visible state-wide among legislators. <br /> <br />St. Paul Winter Carnival/Snow Sculpturing Events <br />Mr. Brokke advised that the Winter Carnival's snow <br />sculpturing events would be held in Roseville; and <br />that the snow blocks were in place on the north <br />parking lot of the Skating Center; noting the <br />substantial traffic that should be generated by that <br />event. <br /> <br />Mr. Brokke encouraged the public to attend the free <br />viewing (walk in or drive by); noting that carving <br />would begin on Friday evening, all day Saturday, <br />(January 27 & 28); and judging would take place on <br />Sunday. <br /> <br />2.b <br /> <br />Group Home Legislation <br />Community Development Director Dennis Welsch <br />introduced Representative Mindy Greiling and thanked her <br />for attending tonight's meeting, as well as lending her <br /> <br />Group Home <br />Legislation <br />
