Councilmember
Pust, on a personal and related note, referred individual
Councilmembers specifically to an attachment included in Carl
Neu's proposal, identified as, "The Ten Habits of Highly
Effective Councils," and encouraged their reading of the
attachment as background for the proposed goal-setting.

Councilmember Pust offered three proposals as her personal
preferences, and noted that the various cost differentials were
possibly due to the proposer's interpretation of the RFP's,
whether involving the entire community or just the City Council.
Councilmember Pust chose #2 (Brass Tacks) for their honesty

Council Team-
Building, Strategic
Goal-Setting, and
Community
Visioning
