Minnesota Pollution Control Agency dated <br />November 19,2004 <br />15) Staff Written Comments. <br /> <br />Mr. Squires noted that, as provided by EQB rules, there were <br />eight criteria to determine whether the AUAR was still valid. <br />Mr. Squires noted that, the EQB rules do not require this hearing, <br />but the process was being followed by the City Council to <br />provide a fair opportunity to be heard, and for staff, in their <br />professional capacities, to provide advice to the City Council. <br /> <br />City Attorney Squires noted that, if any of the eight criteria were <br />identified or if new information were provided, demonstrating <br />that the AUAR analysis was no longer appropriate, it would <br />
