Mr. <br />Squires further noted that, if none of the criteria were met testing <br />the validity, the AUAR would remain valid, and no further <br />environmental issues needed to be considered. <br /> <br />City Attorney Squires provided to all parties, and the public, an <br />e-mail dated Monday, November 22, 2004, that had been <br />received that afternoon from Mr. Gregg Downing of the EQB's <br />Environmental Review Coordinator.
