<br />Based on the Saturday peak operations analysis the intersection of County Road B-2 and the <br />Northeast mall entrance (Snelling Southbound ramps) would require mitigation for the opening <br />year 2006 of the proposed development. Adding an Eastbound left-turn lane to the existing turn <br />lane would provide for LOS D or better operations under the Saturday 2006 Build scenario.
