<br />Regular City Council Minutes - 1/06/03 <br />Page 7 <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn specifically referred to Rule 9, asking <br />that City Attorney Squires and Mr. Brokke prepare a <br />revision of ordinance if required, based on sign issue as <br />presented tonight; and the issue of an organization's 50 1 C <br />status a process in which a citizen could file a complaint <br />with the City to mandate the City Attorney, in conjunction <br />with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to review the <br />501 C status of organizations or community-affiliated <br />groups that were on the official list of affiliated groups <br />represented to the Parks and Recreation Department. <br /> <br />Following clarification of the request by Mayor <br />Kysylyczyn for City Attorney Squires, a three-week <br />time frame was requested for this information to be <br />returned for Council review. <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />Communication <br /> <br />V. <br /> <br />Recognitions <br /> <br />A.
