Accepting Feasibility Report and Ordering Public <br />Hearing for 2003 Pavement Management Program <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded adoption of Resolution <br />No. 10068 entitled, "Resolution Receiving Feasibility <br />Report on 2003 Improvements and Ordering Public <br />Hearings," for 2003 Pavement Management Plan (PMP) <br />Project P-ST-03-02 for February 10,2003 at 7:00 p.m., as <br />amended to designate the Pioneer Press as the City's 2003 <br />Legal Newspaper. <br /> <br />City Engineer Debra Bloom reviewed the proposed scope of <br />the two (2) proposed projects involving Neighborhood 61 <br />(West Victoria Service Drive - Sandhurst Avenue to the <br />dead-end); and Neighborhood 68 (Pineview Court - Dale <br />Court to the cul-de-sac). Ms. Bloom advised that a <br />neighborhood meeting with residents had been held on <br />January 9,2003. Ms. Bloom advised that a feasibility report <br />had been prepared that detailed the proposed design, <br />neighborhood impact, and estimated cost for the proposed <br />2003 PMP. <br /> <br />Nei!!hborhood 61.. West Victoria Service Drive <br />Discussion included the number of trees affected by the <br />proposed hammerhead design; notification of residents who <br />need to replace their service lines during the project; <br />notification of other utilities in the construction area; and the <br />proposed assessment projections. <br /> <br />Ms. Bloom advised that staff had calculated front footage <br />assessments on the west side of the West Victoria Service <br />Drive, recommending that the City of Roseville pay for the <br />single, unloaded east side. Ms. Bloom indicated that staff <br />calculated and average of 50.1 linear feet for the private <br />drives to make sure all residents were treated consistently. <br /> <br />Public Works Director Duane Schwartz and Ms. Bloom <br />sought Council direction on whether the City intended to <br />assess those properties that didn't have direct access, but <br />would benefit from the improvements. <br /> <br />Resolution 10068 <br />Pavement <br />Management Plan <br />Feasibility Report <br />and Ordering <br />Public Hearing <br />
