Mr. Sands urged that the City <br />should be addressing the environmental issues now, with <br />the current landowners, beginning with City analysis of <br />surface contamination as part of a city program, the costs <br />of which would be assessed against the property. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn asked for a staff report, limited to <br />fifteen (15) minutes, on soil contamination at a future <br />meeting. <br /> <br />C. Potential Use of New Police Firing Range by Private <br />Persons or Groups <br />Councilmember Kough asked that this item be removed <br />from the agenda until a later meeting. <br /> <br />Recess <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn recessed the meeting at 7: 10 p.m. and <br />reconvened the meeting at 7 :24 p.m. <br /> <br />V. <br /> <br />Recognitions <br /> <br />A.
