" <br /> <br />Ayes: <br />Nays: <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Schroeder, Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. <br />None. <br /> <br />Klausing moved, Schroeder seconded approval of the <br />General Concept PUD Plan for a mixed-use Planned Unit <br />Development (PUD) consisting of a 26,600 square foot <br />professional office building; one outlot; and a four-story <br />mixed-use retail and senior housing complex with <br />underground parking; subject to the conditions listed in <br />Section 8 of the March 10, 2003 project report. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka sought clarification of the <br />exterior materials related to elevation concept drawings, <br />with Mr. Welsch responding to the query. <br /> <br />Councilmember Klausing asked that Presbyterian Homes <br />representatives, who were present, review their intended <br />process and their limitations in efforts to preliminarily <br />exclusively market Roseville seniors for the residential <br />portion of the project. <br /> <br />Mr. Welsch introduced Mr. Bob VanSlyke from Senior <br />Housing Partners, the development arm of Presbyterian <br />Homes; and Mr. John Gould from KKE Architects, who <br />did the design work. <br /> <br />Mr. VanSlyke spoke to the marketing plan being prepared <br />
