<br />Regular City Council Minutes - 3/10/03 <br />Page 17 <br /> <br />Kysylyczyn moved, Klausing seconded a motion to <br />investigate the feasibility of undergrounding utilities at <br />the site. <br /> <br />Ayes: <br />Nays: <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Schroeder, Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn. <br />None. <br /> <br />Continuation of Public Hearing on Whether the City <br />of Roseville Should Retain or Repeal its Primary <br />Election. <br />At 9:35 p.m., Mayor Kysylyczyn reconvened the Public <br />Hearing regarding Roseville Primary Elections. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn reintroduced the topic. <br /> <br />Councilmember Sclu.oeder asked why discussion was <br />continuing given previous Council comment, other than <br />for the courtesy of those in the audience waiting to speak. <br /> <br />Councilmember Klausing opined that it would seem <br />appropriate for people waiting to be allowed to comment; <br />and at the conclusion of those comments, sought Mayor <br />Kysylyczyn's recognition to comment. <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka opined that those who came to <br />speak should be allowed to do so. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn opened the meeting for additional <br />public comment at this time. <br /> <br />Amy Ihlan, 1776 Stanbridge Avenue <br />Prior to her comments regarding Primary elections, Ms. <br />Ihlan spoke to her discomfort in the airing of the video <br />during the recess, and the impression that the video had <br />been sponsored by the City Council.
