<br />B. Public Safety Firearms Range <br />The Public Safety Fireanns Range ("Range") is a part of the East Metro Public <br />Safety Training Facility and includes the following components of the East Metro <br />Public Safety Training Facility as itemized in Section IV.A. above: Items 2, 4, 5, <br />9,10,11,12, and 14. <br /> <br />V. FACILITY PROJECT CONSTRUCTION FUNDING <br />The construction of the Facility will be funded as follows: <br />1. Ramsey County has identified a grant from the State of Minnesota in the <br />sum of $400,000 that may be available. <br /> <br />2. Washington County shall contribute $1,000,000 to the construction of the <br />Facility under the conditions set forth below: <br />a. Washington County shall have no obligation to make any <br />additional contribution to the construction of the Facility, whether <br />or not Ran1sey County receives a grant from the State of <br />Minnesota. <br />b. The Washington County Board of Con1missioners ("Washington <br />Board") shall first pass a resolution approving the contribution. <br />c. Washington County shall transfer the sum of $1 ,000,000 to <br />Ramsey County only after receipt of docun1entation that the <br />Ramsey County Board of Commissioners ("Ramsey Board") has <br />approved a construction contract for the LEC that includes the <br />Facility. <br /> <br />3. Ramsey County shall be solely responsible for the balance of the Project <br />Cost for the construction of the Facility not funded by the State of <br />Minnesota grant and the Washington County contribution. Washington <br />County shall have no obligation under this Agreement to make any <br />financial contribution to the construction of the Facility over and above <br />$1,000,000. <br /> <br />4. The Patiies shall provide each other with copies of County Board <br />resolutions related to the inclusion of the Facility in the LEC Project <br />construction contract and the approval of the $1,000,000 contribution by <br />Washington County. <br /> <br />VI. OWNERSHIP <br />A.
