<br />B. Ran1sey County hereby grants Washington County ajoint tenancy ownership <br />interest in the Range, upon the occurrence of the latter of the following: <br />1. Execution of this Agreement; and <br /> <br />2. Receipt by Ran1sey County of a $1,000,000 payn1ent fron1 Washington <br />County in accordance with the tern1S of this Agreement. <br /> <br />C. Except as otherwise provided herein, Washington County shall continue to hold <br />the joint ownership interest in the Range as granted herein for a period of 30 <br />years fron1 the date the Facility is first opened for use. <br /> <br />D. Upon expiration of the 30 year period referenced in Section VI.C. above, all <br />right, title and interest of Washington County in the Range shall auton1atically <br />revert to Ramsey County, giving Ramsey County sole title and full ownership of <br />the Facility, with Washington County having no further right, title or interest in <br />the Range thereafter. <br /> <br />E. If this Agreement is tern1inated prior to the expiration of the 30 year period under <br />the provisions of Article XIII. A. 4.b., upon rcturnpayment to Washington <br />County of any portion of its $1,000,000 contribution in accordance \vith the <br />provisions of Section XIII. A. of this Agreen1ent, all right, title and interest of <br />Washington County in the Range shall automatically revert to RmTIsey County, i <br />giving RmTIsey County sole title and full ovvnership of the Facility, vvith <br />Washington County having no further right, title or interest in the Range <br />thereafter. <br /> <br />F. Each of the Parties shall timely and properly execute any and all documents <br />necessary to effect the provisions of this Section VI. Ownership. <br /> <br />G. Washington County may not convey, transfer, sell, lease, sublease, or grant any <br />interest in the Range to a third party. If Ramsey County wishes to sell the LEC, <br />Ramsey County will repay Washington County its construction contribution in the <br />same manner as if Ramsey County had terminated this Agreement under Section <br />XIII. General Terms and Conditions. A.4. Termination. <br /> <br />VII. OPERATIONS COMMITTEE <br />There is hereby created the East Metro Public Safety Firearn1s Range Training Facility <br />Operations Comn1ittee ("Operations COlTImittee"), to be cOlnposed of the following <br />melnbers: <br />1. The Ran1sey County Sheriff <br /> <br />2. The Washington County Sheriff <br /> <br />3.
