<br />Regular City Council Minutes - 3/31/03 <br />Page 12 <br /> <br />emergency access to the back property. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn clarified the size and access points for <br />the sanitary sewer system with Councilmember Schroeder. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough sought information regarding the <br />outdoor storage of vehicles awaiting repair; seeking to <br />eliminate dilapidated vehicle storage due to aesthetic <br />concerns; and sought assurances from the applicants, who <br />were in attendance. <br /> <br />Mr. Paschke responded to the conditions for approval as <br />addressed in the Planned Unit Development (PUD) <br />application process. <br /> <br />Ron Fiscus, of PlanScape, representing Abra Auto Body <br />and Glass responded to concerns regarding vehicle <br />storage; assuring Councilmembers of Abra Auto Body's <br />responsibilities to the needs and concerns of the <br />neighborhoods in which they're located. Mr. Fiscus <br />confirmed that given the relationship Abra maintains with <br />the insurance industry, they average 3 - 5 days for vehicle <br />storage; with vehicles considered unrepairable <br />immediately removed to a salvage yard. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Klausing, Kough, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Kough moved, Klausing seconded, approval of first <br />reading of an ordinance rezoning the property at 1910 <br />County Road C from L-1 (Light Industrial District) to <br />Planned Unit Development with an underlying zoning of <br />L-1 (Light Industrial District); with second reading and <br />approval occurring at the time of final project approval. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Klausing, Kough, Maschka and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br />
