Streetlight Assessment Hearing for Oakcrest from <br />approximately Fairview to Prior <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn opened the Public Hearing regarding <br />this item at 8:25 p.m. <br /> <br />Maschka moved adoption of a Resolution entitled, <br />"Resolution Ordering City Project UL-03-11, Street Light <br />Installation, Oakcrest Avenue." The motion died due to <br />lack of a second. <br /> <br />Councilmember Klausing commented that he was <br />prepared to second the motion, but preferred to hear the <br />staff report prior to his second. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn set aside the item, (see Agenda <br />Section XIII. A., Other Business) with Councilmember <br />Klausing attempting a second to the motion, without <br />acknowledgement by the Chair. <br /> <br />c. Approving James Kueffer's Request for a Variance at <br />890 Parker Avenue (PF 3469) <br /> <br />Schroeder moved, and the Chair ruled the motion <br />seconded, to adopt a Resolution entitled, "A Resolution <br />Approving a 70 Foot Variance to Section 1004.01A7 and <br />a Variance to Section 703.04B2 of the Roseville City <br />Code for Property Located at 986 Parker Avenue (PF <br />3469).
