Mr. Anderlie also expressed concern regarding <br />the proposed location of a storm drainage pond on the <br />southwest comer of the site, and public safety issues. <br /> <br />Mr. Anderlie expressed further concern regarding the <br />proposed soccer field and softball diamond and additional <br />lighting affects on neighboring properties. <br /> <br />Mr. Welsch advised that Mr. Anderlie's concerns had been <br />discussed in detail at the Planning Commission level and <br />in light of those discussions, the applicant was reviewing <br />alternative alignments and lighting issues for the fields. <br /> <br />Audra Robbins, 2673 Woodbridge Street <br />Ms. Robbins, in her capacity as a Parks and Recreation <br />employee in another municipality, opined that the soccer <br />field and softball diamonds current size abutting her <br />property and city property respectively, and expressed <br />concern about them infringing any closer to her residence. <br />Ms. Robbins opined that, even though the church has <br />repeatedly told neighbors that they would address those <br />concerns, their responses were vague and continued to not <br />be forthcoming. Ms. Robbins further opined that, if the <br />church were going to install lighting, they must anticipate <br />increased usage of the fields by leagues; and that the <br />public already used the fields under the impression that it <br />was a city park. <br /> <br />Ms. Robbins further advised that she had attended the <br />Planning Commission meeting and that even in approving <br />the proj ect, the Planning Commission had suggested that <br />the church meet with the neighborhood again to keep lines <br />of communication open. <br /> <br />Ms. Robbins further addressed concerns related to the <br />parking lot and increased use of Woodbridge by people <br />avoiding the congestion on Rise Street; and the Sunday <br />parking congestion on Woodbridge in front of their <br />
