<br />Regular City Council Minutes - 07/21/03 <br />Page 10 <br /> <br />Ramsey County League of Local Governments (RCLLG). <br /> <br />Following discussion and ramifications of the various <br />options, staff was directed to complete the requested <br />survey and return it to the RCLLG as requested. <br /> <br />Kysy1yczyn moved, Maschka seconded, directing staff to <br />complete the survey on behalf of the City Council, <br />indicating Option B (Reduce dues thirty percent - 30% - <br />with a $100 dues minimum) or Option C (Bare Bones <br />Budget). <br /> <br />Maschka amended, Kysy1yczyn seconded, the amendment <br />to state a preference for Option B, with acceptance of <br />Option C if necessary. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Schroeder, Maschka, Klausing, Kough and <br />Kysy1yczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />V. <br /> <br />Recognitions <br /> <br />VI. <br /> <br />Public Hearings <br /> <br />A. Re-Consider "Welcome to Roseville" Signs <br />Counci1member Schroeder sought City Attorney <br />clarification regarding a procedural issue, as per his <br />interpretation of Robert's Rules, regarding majority vote <br />requirements for reconsideration of previous Agenda <br />items. <br /> <br />As their appeared to be no immediate resolution to <br />interpretation of this procedural question, and the <br />discussion had been advertised as a Public Hearing, with <br />audience members in attendance and wishing to be heard, <br />discussion was allowed to proceed. <br /> <br />Counci1member Kough updated Counci1members on <br />further research done by himself and several Roseville <br />civic organizations regarding previously-raised concerns <br />of Counci1members.
