Mr. Sackett <br />encouraged focus on the issue at hand, not deviating to <br />non-essential conversations relating to other matters. <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn announced that C-TV had <br />corrected the audio problem, and those listening at <br />home should have audio again. <br />Carolyn Cushing, 3031 Simpson Street <br />Ms. Cushing spoke in support of continuing the leaf <br />collection program and compost site as Roseville's unique <br />amenities. <br />Tam McGehee, 77 Mid Oaks Lane <br />Ms. McGehee spoke in support of continuing both <br />programs; providing research information of other <br />communities within the United States that provided similar <br />programs; encouraged this continued amenity in the <br />community; concurred with Councilmember Maschka's <br />recommendation for achy-wide fee on the storm water <br />utility fund; spoke against establishing an enterprise fund <br />to support the programs; and opined that the programs <br />should be continued and administered in the most <br />efficient, cost-effective manner available. <br />Bruce Nelson, 2887 West Owasso Boulevard <br />Mr. Nelson sought clarification of previous comments <br />related to fees and continued use of the leaf collection <br />program and compost site. <br />Following public comment, Councilmember discussion <br />ensued. Discussion included how best to proceed with no <br />consensus forthcoming. <br />In an effort to move forward, Councilmember Klausing <br />attempted to achieve consensus on the continuation of the <br />compost site, given the public support expressed verbally <br />and in writing. <br />Councilmember Klausing was unable to find consensus for <br />
