Review of Council Member Budget Submissions Review of Council <br />Councilmember Kough provided a bench handout with his Member Budget <br />proposed 2004 budget cuts, stating he was glad all Submissions <br />Councilmembers were participating in the process. <br />Councilmember Schroeder expressed appreciation to all <br />Councilmembers for contributing their information in <br />writing for the review and conunent of other <br />Councilmembers, recognizing areas of common ground, <br />and other areas that needed further discussion to reach a <br />consensus.
