<br />Regular City Council Minutes - 11/24/03 <br />Page 18 <br /> <br />Twin No comment; Council consensus. <br />Lakes <br />Amenities: <br />Concluding No comment; Council consensus. <br />Paragraph <br /> <br />Councilmember Maschka sought consensus from <br />Councilmembers regarding a potential PILOT (Payment in <br />Lieu of Taxes) program in consideration of the non-profit <br />status of Allina. <br /> <br />Councilmember Klausing noted he would be willing to <br />look at it as an option, but was not making a commitment <br />at this time, without further review. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn concurred with Councilmember <br />Klausing's comments. <br /> <br />The motion was brought forward for vote, with the <br />language revisions to Item 4, as noted in the above- <br />referenced discussion. <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Maschka, Schroeder, Kough, Klausing and <br />Kysylyczyn. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Recess Recess <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn recessed the meeting at 9:29 p.m. and <br />reconvened the meeting at 9:45 p.m. <br /> <br />Mayor Kysylyczyn sought consensus on the Consent Agenda <br />prior to release of applicable staff from the meeting. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kough; Consideration of Available <br />Liquor License <br />Councilmember Kough noted that the City had only one <br />available Liquor License remaining and requested <br />comment on whether there was interest in holding back the <br />license for future need, or if special legislation from the <br />state should be pursued related to obtaining more liquor <br />licenses for the City. <br />
