<br />authorize the Mayor and City Manager to sign the agreenlent after Inc.

<br />Paul Adal11 for a Recombination Minor Subdivision of a portion of Minor Subdivision
<br />515 Roselawn Avenue with 520 Ryan Avenue, subject to: a) The Paul Adam
<br />applicant must provide the City with a survey of the new parcels 520 Roselawn/515 Ryan
<br />with their legal descriptions. b) The applicant must provide the City (PF 3367)
<br />with the appropriate recording mediunl necessary for City approval
<br />in order to properly record the subdivision docul11ent with Ramsey
