City Manager Beets noted that the request was <br />for access purposes for Mr. Kiresuk. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan questioned if there was anyone in <br />the audience wishing to be heard; no one appeared. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan questioned the purpose or effect of <br />moving the lot line, if it was for additional building or for <br />better management and consolidation of the open space; <br />opining her lack of interest in losing additional open space <br />in the City. <br /> <br />Alex Kiresuk, 984 Parker Avenue (buyer) <br />Mr. Kiresuk advised that the purpose was to maintain the <br />area as a wild area; but to make it continuous with the lot. <br /> <br />Pust moved, Ihlan seconded, approval of the request by <br />Larry Pantsari, 1000 Parker, for minor recombination <br />subdivision of portions of Lots 18 and 19, Block 2, <br />Frankson's Garden Plateau with Lots 16 and 17, Block 2, <br />Frankson's Garden Plateau. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Pust; Maschka; Ihlan; Kough and Klausing. <br />Nays: None. <br /> <br />Approve a Request Allowing the Roseville Planning <br />Commission to Complete Background Study #4 for the <br />Roseville Comprehensive Plan (PF 3692) (Former <br />Consent Item 3.e) <br />At the request of Mayor Klausing, City Manager Beets <br />reviewed the request of the Roseville Planning <br />Commission for the fourth in a series of presentations by <br />DSU (John Shardlow) on future trends and projected <br />demographics, predicting changes and conditions affecting <br />Roseville's future physical form, as part of the preparation <br />for updating of the City's Comprehensive Plan, as <br />mandated by the Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />City Manager Beets reviewed the past three workshops; <br />the availability of the presentations; public nature of the <br /> <br />Planning <br />Commission to <br />Complete <br />Background Study <br />#4 for the Roseville <br />Comprehensive <br />Plan (PF 3692) <br />
