<br />City Council Regular Meeting - 05/08/06 <br />Minutes - Page 12 <br /> <br />Redevelopment Authority; and the Public Works, <br />Environment and Transportation Commission); so there <br />was no duplication of the process. <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing spoke in support of the motion and of Mr. <br />Shardlow's intent; opining that review of the trends by <br />decade served as an invaluable planning tool; and <br />encouraged other agencies and Councilmembers and <br />commissioners to attend, in addition to the general public. <br /> <br />The anticipated date of the presentation of Workshop <br />Number Four is July 5, 2006. <br /> <br />Roll Call <br />Ayes: Pust; Maschka and Klausing. <br />Nays: Ihlan and Kough. <br /> <br />4.a <br /> <br />Reimbursable Twin Lakes Expenses <br />As requested by Mayor Klausing, City Manager Beets, <br />briefly summarized the request for reimbursement of <br />professional services by Barsness Consulting Services, for <br />preparation and submission of the three environmental <br />clean-up grant applications for funding Twin Lakes clean <br />up; and fully reimbursable by Rottlund Homes. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Pust seconded, approval of the following <br />claims and payments as submitted, as part of the Twin <br />Lakes Redevelopment Agreement, and scheduled for <br />reimbursement by Rottlund Homes. <br /> <br />ACH Payments $1,200.00 <br /> -0- <br />Total $1,200.00 <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan questioned whether the costs would <br />eventually be reimbursed to the developer by the City as <br />tax increment financing (TIF) reimbursables. <br /> <br />City Finance Director Chris Miller advised that the terms <br />and conditions ofthe redevelopment contract specifically <br />spelled out those items reimbursable by the developer and <br /> <br />Reimbursable Twin <br />Lakes Expenses <br />
