Roll Call <br />Pust: Aye <br />Maschka: Nay <br />Ihlan: Aye <br />Kough: Aye <br />Klausing: Nay <br />Motion adopted - 3/2 (Maschka and Klausing). <br /> <br />Mayor Klausing sought City Attorney Anderson's advice <br />on the procedure for calling the public hearing. <br /> <br />City Attorney Anderson advised that he would consult with <br />staff; providing notice to the three entities, with particular <br />phrasing; and the preferred hearing date. <br /> <br />Discussion included Council preference for a hearing date, <br />with Mayor Klausing deferring to Councilmember Ihlan, as <br />maker of the motion. <br /> <br />Councilmember Ihlan proposed June 12, or July 10,2006 <br />as potential hearing dates. <br /> <br />Staff and City Attorney Anderson were so directed. <br /> <br />Recess <br /> <br />Hold Hearings on <br />Alcohol Violations <br />and Penalties for <br />Past Years <br />Continued <br />
