Organizational Business <br /> <br />A. <br /> <br />Consider Creating a Public Works & Transportation <br />Commission <br />Maschka sought to gain the floor to move to table this <br />item. Kysylyczyn did not recognize Maschka. Maschka <br />responded. Kysylyczyn moved, Schroeder seconded, to <br />note Maschka' s response for the record. Request for <br />division on the motion. Schroe der and Kysylyczyn <br />raised hands in the affirmative. Maschka moved, <br />Kysylyczyn seconded, to adjourn this meeting. Motion <br />failed. Kough suggested we let bygones be bygones. <br /> <br />Schroeder moved, Kough seconded, to approve the <br />establishment of a Public Works and Transportation <br />Citizen Advisory Commission. <br /> <br />Maschka moved, Klausing seconded, to table this item <br />until after the Carl Neu workshops and after it has been <br />reviewed by staff and it can be discussed at a Work <br />Session. <br /> <br />Klausing commented on the spirit of Roberts Rules of <br />Order. <br />Kysylyczyn read from an article about the City Council <br />in the Pioneer Press. <br />Kough and Klausing asked for a Work Session on this <br />Issue. <br />Kysylyczyn spoke about audience and Council behavior. <br /> <br />Roll Call on the motion to table until a Work Session and <br />until after the Carl N eu workshops, Ayes: Kough, <br />Schroeder, Klausing, Maschka and Kysylyczyn.
