Ed Burrell commented on the HRA issue, stating an $8.9 <br />million city property tax levy for 2002 projects to a $9.3 <br />million tax levy for 2003, for an increase of roughly <br />$300,000. Burrell stated that taxpayers ought not be <br />subject to this inflationary increase in the city's levy plus <br />an HRA levy of roughly the same amount on top of the <br />city's levy. <br /> <br />IV.
